- Misrepresentation or unethical conduct may result in removal from the platform.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyers are responsible for selecting and engaging sales agents at their own discretion.
- Prices, financing options, delivery, and all sales arrangements are to be agreed upon directly with agents.
- BeliCarz.com does not mediate or guarantee any car sales, transactions, or delivery outcomes.
6. Payments & Refunds
- If payments are facilitated through the platform, BeliCarz.com may charge service or referral fees.
- All payments made to BeliCarz.com are for access to potential buyer or agent leads.
- We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a successful car sale.
- Payments for leads are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where:
- The lead’s contact details are invalid or non-functional, and
- A refund request is made within 3 working days of receiving the lead.
- BeliCarz.com reserves the right to review each request and decide whether a refund, credit, or replacement lead will be provided.
- Refund policies for vehicle purchases are strictly between buyers and agents.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
